Storm & Water Damage Repair

Rapid response matters when your home has been damaged. We assess, dry out, and repair — handling everything from structural framing repairs and subfloor replacement to drywall, painting, and trim work. We work with homeowners and insurance adjusters throughout the process.
Storm Damage
Wind, hail, and fallen tree damage repaired quickly — roofing, siding, framing, and interior finishes all handled in-house.
Water Intrusion
Subfloor, drywall, and framing repairs following leaks or flooding, with proper drying and moisture control before any finishes go back.
Insurance Coordination
We document damage thoroughly and work directly with your adjuster to ensure scope and pricing are accurate.
Whole-Home Modernization

Older homes often need more than cosmetic updates — they need systems and layouts brought in line with how people actually live today. We modernize homes while respecting what makes them worth keeping: the proportions, the character, the bones.
- Open-plan layout conversions
- Kitchen and bathroom modernization
- Window and door replacement
- Electrical panel upgrades and rewiring
- Insulation and energy efficiency upgrades
- New flooring throughout

Construction
Our crew executes the scope with daily site cleanup and a project manager keeping everything on schedule.
04
Final Walkthrough
We walk through every detail with you and don't consider the job done until the punch list is complete.
Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What does a whole-home renovation involve?
A whole-home renovation typically covers kitchen and bath updates, flooring replacement, painting, window replacement, and system upgrades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) — completed in a phased sequence that minimizes disruption. We develop a full scope at the estimate stage so you know exactly what's included.
Do you handle permits for renovation projects?
Yes — we pull all required permits as part of the project. For Westchester and Fairfield County, this includes building, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC permits where applicable.
How do you phase a renovation to keep the home livable?
We sequence work room-by-room and floor-by-floor to maintain livable conditions throughout. Kitchens and primary baths get priority scheduling to minimize disruption to daily life. We're explicit about which spaces will be unavailable and for how long at the planning stage.
Can you work on an occupied home?
Yes — most of our renovation work is done in occupied homes. We seal off work areas, use HEPA filtration, and maintain clean jobsite standards throughout. For certain phases (major demolition, refinishing) we may recommend temporary relocation, which we discuss in advance.
