This Katonah colonial underwent a comprehensive top-to-bottom transformation. The exterior was fully re-sided, giving the home a clean, fresh profile with updated trim and a new front door that anchors the entry. New windows were installed throughout, improving both energy performance and the look of every facade. Inside, the kitchen was completely redesigned with new custom cabinetry, countertops, and finishes — opening up the space and bringing it in line with the home's refreshed character. Hardwood flooring runs throughout the main living areas, tying each room together with warmth and continuity. Multiple bathrooms were renovated from tile to fixtures, and a new dining space, master bedroom, and bar area round out a home that now works as beautifully as it looks.
